I specialise in Executive Assistant recruitment, Personal Assistant recruitment & Business Assistants recruitment. I have extensive experience in charity and NFP, venture capital, HNW/UHNW, and family office headhunting, having worked as an Executive Assistant. I am passionate about giving something back. I have experience with start-ups and new ventures, having also worked on a consultancy basis for several businesses. I knew when I was in the corporate world that I wanted to work for the greater good, and my career then moved towards social impact. My experience in these areas is what gives me the expertise and knowledge to know exactly what I am looking for in a candidate. No other agency does this or can offer the level of knowledge that I have. For me, it is not just about finding "a candidate, it is about finding "the candidate", the one you thought didn't exist, making the impossible happen. That is what excites me every day.
